• Starters: A variety of smoky BBQ appetizers including wings, fried chicken, nachos, and pulled pork tacos with flavorful sauces and sides.
• Main Meats: Choose from different smoky, hearty meats like ranch brisket, bratwurst sausage with pulled pork, sirloin steak, half smoked chicken, or belly pork slices, all served with two sides.
• Sides: Classic southern-style sides such as salad, slaw, smoked pineapple, paprika salt fries, cowboy beans, and corn on the cob.
