Fatherhood Solutions and Back and Forth - Men's Mental Health have teamed up to offer Dad Walk and Talk - a chance for Dads to connect and enjoy the great outdoors with their little ones. Step into the fresh air and join other Dads in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Whether you are coming solo or bringing your little one along, enjoy the benefit of nature. You can expect a gentle walk in nature and an opportunity to come as you are and take a moment to recharge in good company.
