This Easter school holiday, embark on a feather-filled adventure with our bird-themed Easter trail! Follow the clues hidden around the building, solve the mystery, and enjoy a delightful day of discovery. Can you spot them all?

We look forward to welcoming you to St Mary's Guildhall, the hidden historic gem in the heart of Coventry City Centre. Discover 700 years of power, partying and propaganda in a unique historical setting within Coventry's Cathedral Quarter. Get hands on with our cutting edge augmented reality tour where scenes from the past come to life, or find out all about this fascinating building from our warm and welcoming guides.

Easter Falconry at St Mary's Guildhall

Get up close with up to six majestic birds of prey this Easter holiday, from elegant barn owls to powerful peregrine falcons, all in the stunning surroundings of our medieval Great Hall. 

A Rare Hands-On Experience! Meet these incredible birds, learn all about the ancient art of falconry, and even hold one for a special photo opportunity! It’s a truly egg-citing way to celebrate the season!

Suitable for ages 7+. Tickets are £12 for children, £10 for adults, and free for carers. Sessions are available at 10AM, 11:30AM, 1:30PM, and 3PM. Bookings include 30 minutes to explore after the session!

Birds may vary daily, but could include: a barn owl, kestrel, eagle owl, or peregrine falcon!

Accessibility

For everyone to enjoy St Mary’s Guildhall, there is a lift to the first floor and rising platform into the Muniment Room. There is a new spiral staircase to the 2nd floor and where access is not step free, 360 panoramic views of the rooms are available on the digital tour tablets.

There are toilet and baby changing facilities on the ground floor located opposite the Cloisters.
