Holly believes that combining the internal self development work with the external body language work is the perfect combo towards impacting your life for the better.

Holly is also a professional TV actor who started working in the industry when she was just a child, the world of acting taught her how to 'look' confident, whereas her training as a coach taught her about the internal work that supports the long term shift.
