Gosford Gymnastics are a volunteer run gymnastics club based at Exhall Grange school in Coventry. They are over 120 years old and were one of the only clubs to still operate throughout the wars! Gosford Gymnastics run classes twice a week. Each class costs £10 per month, making them one of the cheapest clubs in the city!
Class Schedule - Mondays
- Primary - 5.30pm - 7pm
- Juniors - 7pm - 8pm
- Seniors - 8pm - 9pm
The Rhythmic class is for 3 - 12 year olds and is included in our primary session, where the gymnasts can experience various rhythmic apparatus including ribbon, hoops and ball.
Primary is for 3 - 12 year olds. The foundations of lifts are also worked on in this class. All of our primary class are also members of the rhythmic class and enjoy a 15 minute break together where they can be themselves around other people their own age.
Juniors is suited to 12 - 18 year olds. There's a great group of gymnasts from different backgrounds who come together once a week and enjoy floorwork, hand apparatus and team gym style lifts, all put together with music.
Seniors is for the over 18s. When they say over 18s, there is no age limit on this class! They just ask that you want to stay healthy and fit and enjoy a good natter and cup of tea whilst doing so.
All of the classes work towards multiple competitions every year and they finish with an annual club display at Christmas! All coaches are fully trained and DBS checked. Gosford Gymnastics have trained First Aiders, Safeguarding members and a Fire Marshall on site.
