Pass the Smile has charity places for the Move4Fun event!

Please use the form below to register to take part in the Leofric Lions' Move4Fun event as a charity participant for Pass The Smile for Ben.

By signing up below, Pass The Smile will reserve a charity place on your behalf for the event. To find out more about Pass the Smile for Ben click here. 

You will not have to pay to enter the Move4Fun event. However, they would like you, as a charity participant, to raise £10 or more in sponsorship. Sponsorship will be collected via Just Giving, using a dedicated Pass The Smile Move4Fun page which they will forward to you once you are registered below.

If you are unable to take part for any reason, please just let them know as soon as possible. Please note any sponsorship donations you raise via Just Giving will be non-refundable in the event that you are unable to take part or complete the event.
