Race for Life Pretty Muddy Kids is our brilliant muddy obstacle course just for the little ones. They can take on the obstacles, crawl through the mud pit and have fun with friends, all the while helping raise valuable funds for life-saving research.

Pretty Muddy Kids is back again, so children can join in the fight to beat cancer.

Saturday 9th October

This muddy course is so popular with kids, they'll beg you to let them come back next year! Watch them climb over, crawl under, and charge through the course - all in the aid of beating cancer. Held on the same day as other Pretty Muddy events, and featuring many of the same obstacles, they allow children to get in on the fun too! 

Children up to the age of 12, who are at least 1.2m tall will be able to take part. Children aged 13 and above can join our Pretty Muddy events!

Adults accompanying children will run alongside the course, but will not be allowed to take part on the obstacles.

Each child should have a parent or guardian taking part alongside them. The parent or guardian will go round the course with their child but won't go over the obstacles (unless needed to assist!). If a child can't complete an obstacle, they can move on to the next one.

The parent or guardian will have a blank running number, on which they can add the running numbers of up to three children they are looking after on the day.

All of our Pretty Muddy Kids events are approximately 5km.
