Coventry & Warwickshire 5k

The 5k is an achievable distance and a good first challenge for most people. At just over 3 miles it can take about an hour to walk on average, but there's no pressure to finish in a certain time. Go at your own pace to help fund life-saving cancer research. The start and finish is on grass. The course a mixture of tarmac paths and grass. Coventry & Warwickshire Pretty Muddy 5kClimb, crawl and slide your way around the Pretty Muddy® obstacle course at your own pace. 5k is just over 3 miles and can take about an hour to complete on average, but there's no pressure to finish in a certain time – it's all designed for fun! Get muddy as an individual or with a group of friends or family and raise money for life-saving cancer research. The start and finish is on grass. The course a mixture of tarmac paths and grass. The Coventry & Warwickshire Pretty Muddy 5k starts from 13:00 and costs £22.49 per adult and £12 per child. Coventry & Warwickshire Pretty Muddy KidsPretty Muddy® Kids is a fun-packed muddy obstacle course for children aged 6-12 (over 1.2m tall). The young fundraisers climb, crawl and slide their way around the course at their own pace, accompanied by an adult. The course is approximately 5k which is just over three miles, and there's no pressure to finish in a certain time. Get ready to get muddy on an unforgettable day out. The start and finish is on grass. The course a mixture of tarmac paths and grass. The Coventry & Warwickshire Pretty Muddy Kids starts from 12:00 and costs £12 per child, supervising adults are free. Coventry & Warwickshire 3kAt just over 2 miles, 3k is ideal for families or groups having a go at their first Race for Life. It's a fun, achievable event for everyone – and an unforgettable day out. There's no pressure to finish in a certain time. Walk, jog or run or make your way around the course however suits you and help fund life-saving cancer research. The start and finish is on grass. Looking for more of a challenge without any pressure? Race for Life 10k is for you! Our 10k events are now chip-timed, so you can find out if you’ve beaten your personal best – while you’re raising funds to help beat cancer. 10k is just over 6 miles. Take it at your own pace or push yourself a little more. Have fun with it and enjoy the atmosphere. The start and finish is on grass. The course a mixture of tarmac paths and grass. The 10K route is a double lap of the 5k route. The Coventry & Warwickshire 10k starts from 10:00 and costs £17.49 for anyone 16+ or £11 for children.
