Talk and Tour for The Myton Hospices

This Hospice Care Week, The Myton Hospice are inviting you in to their Coventry and Warwick Hospices and their Rugby Myton Support Hub to find out more about the services they offer and how they may be able to support you and your loved ones, now or in the future. 

Hospice Care Week is a chance to celebrate hospice care locally and nationwide, recognising the incredible work being done to make sure everyone can benefit from the very best palliative and end of life care. Taking place from 9^th – 15^th October, this week encourages communities across the country to come together and learn more about hospice care.

The Myton Hospices believe that everyone matters for every single moment of their life. They focus on enhancing life when cure is no longer an option; supporting people living with a life-limiting illness, and their families, right from the point of diagnosis to end of life.

They will be offering tours and talks at their Warwick Myton Hospice, Coventry Myton Hospice and Rugby Myton Support Hub to give the local community an opportunity to see what they do. They would love you to come along on:

Monday 9th October 1pm – 3pm Rugby Myton Support Hub

Thursday 12^th October 3pm – 5pm Coventry Myton Hospice

Friday 13^th October 1pm – 3pm Warwick Myton Hospice

Places are limited so you will need to book. Please arrive promptly for the start of the session. There will be an opportunity to meet the team, have a tour of the site and ask any questions you might have.

A short presentation on everything they do at Myton will also be delivered by their Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Officer, Kate Blackford, and Community Engagement Manager, Olivia Bowskill.
