Do you have a real Christmas tree this year? Why not tick another job off your to-do list and get your tree booked in with The Myton Hospice for collection and recycling once the festivities are over!  There's no mess in your car, no need to book a spot at the tip or to chop your tree into teeny tiny pieces to fit in the green bin.

Charity Christmas Tree Collection Service

If you live in Coventry or Warwickshire, these volunteers - aka tree ninjas - will collect and recycle your tree for you Friday 10th, Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th January in return for a donation to charity - namely The Myton Hospices and Pass the Smile for Ben, a local childhood cancer charity.

Simply head to the Just Helping website, check if your postcode area is covered, book your tree in and make your donation. Remember to add gift aid to make your donation go that little bit further!

This is The Myton Hospices sixth year of charity treecycling, and you'll be helping them make a huge difference to two local charities. Plus, treecycling is an environmentally friendly way to dispose of your tree as they shred them and use the remains for paths and electricity generation.

Have your tree ready for collection by 8am on Friday 10th January. Bookings close at Monday 6th January at 11.59pm.

The team are always grateful for volunteers to help over collection weekend, corporate sponsors, and they need vans! Please get in touch with them if you can help in any way, email the team at covxmastrees@gmail.com

This collection is registered with the Fundraising Regulator and supported by the local councils.

On behalf of The Myton Hospices and Pass the Smile for Ben, thank you for your support.
