I'm Trish, an Advanced Drawing & Talking Practitioner, supporting people like you to process emotional trauma, making it lighter to carry, and empowering you to enjoy life again.

I Support Children & Adults with their Mental Health. I help improve the emotional wellbeing of my clients who may be suffering anxiety or from the effects of unprocessed emotional trauma. The group work techniques help to develop Emotional Literacy & Resilience. I use a range of Drawing & Talking gentle therapeutic techniques.
